Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker - LICSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the behavioral health needs of patients on an assigned caseload using evidence-based models of care
• Collaborate with prescribing providers for psychotropic medication management and monitor treatment adherence
• Document patient encounters and assessments in electronic health records in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Current Rhode Island LICSW required
• 2+ years of prior healthcare/behavioral health experience required
• Geriatric care experience highly desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR experience
