Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker - LICSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide integrated medical, behavioral, and social care to patients with complex health needs
• Deliver brief treatment for common mental health issues and support psychotropic medication management
• Document patient encounters and facilitate communication regarding patients' behavioral health needs within the clinical team

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Current Rhode Island LICSW required
• 2+ years of prior healthcare/behavioral health experience required
• Geriatric care experience highly desired
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and EMR experience
