Key Responsibilities

• Process Release of Information (ROI) requests using electronic data systems
• Manage internal and external portals for shipment and distribution of PHI
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma; some college education preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Experience in Release of Information is preferred
• Proficient computer skills with accurate data entry capabilities
• Ability to work independently in high volume production environments
