Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on patient care with minimal administrative burden.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and expectations
- Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and operational support team
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment
