Key responsibilities
- Process and communicate Commercial Prior Authorizations for Pharmacy benefits
- Review criteria-based prior authorizations and refer cases not meeting clinical criteria to the appropriate teams
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to prior authorization requests and inquiries
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Unrestricted license in the state of residence or a compact license
