R&I Senior Manager Operations

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time R&I Senior Manager Operations will oversee product development and implementation across a global manufacturing network while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Product Development Managers to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the Specialized Nutrition R&I division
• Act as a key member in project management, including feasibility studies and risk assessments, to ensure successful product launches
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere focused on growth and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• MSc/PhD in Food Technology, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in Product Design, Development, or Quality Management
• Strong background in Specialized Nutrition, particularly Powder Formula
• Experience in team management within R&D, Quality, or Operations environments
• Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification is a plus
