Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Ribbon SBC Subject Matter Expert, the ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize enterprise voice solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Unified Communications platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and support Ribbon Communications SBC solutions
- Implement and manage Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and enterprise voice integrations
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and optimization of voice connectivity issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise voice, VoIP, and Unified Communications environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Ribbon Communications SBC platforms
- Expertise in SIP signaling, SIP Trunking, RTP/SRTP, and TLS
- Experience implementing Microsoft Teams Direct Routing solutions
- Experience integrating enterprise voice platforms including Cisco CUCM and Avaya Aura
