A company is looking for a Rider Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user audience qualitatively and quantitatively to identify needs and improvement opportunities
• Monitor supply and demand balance, proposing changes in pricing and campaigns to optimize the marketplace
• Collaborate with the passenger transport team to increase user retention and reduce churn

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in Growth/Business Development/Business Intelligence with multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical skills to process data and propose strategic business opportunities
• High adaptability to change and a desire to make an impact
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tableau is a plus
