Right of Way Mapping Technician
Job Summary
Assisting in the performance of Right of Way Control Surveys, the Right of Way Mapping Technician will work in a hybrid or onsite environment, preparing maps and conducting document research while collaborating with the survey department.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Mapping manager with CAD and map preparation
- Review field notes and prepare alignment references and Certified Corner Record forms
- Conduct deed, plat, and document research, as well as title and easement review
Required qualifications
- Three (3) years of CAD experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical skills are necessary
- Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a driving record check
- Dependability and ability to pass drug and alcohol tests are essential
