Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rights Representative 9 to 12 - Rights Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review recipient rights complaints and complete the complaint resolution process
• Conduct thorough rights investigations and maintain accurate data in tracking systems
• Provide recipient rights training and monitor living units to ensure rights are protected

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
• No specific experience required for Rights Representative 9
• One year of professional experience in rights complaints investigation for Rights Representative 10
• Two years of relevant experience for Rights Representative P11, including one year at the 10 level
• Three years of relevant experience for Rights Representative 12, including one year at the P11 level
