A company is looking for a Director of Rights & Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the international Rights & Clearances team and manage day-to-day operations
• Negotiate and draft agreements for third-party content, ensuring compliance with copyright laws
• Maintain internal databases for tracking rights and manage relationships with the Business Affairs Department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in a similar role, including international team oversight
• Ability to draft and interpret legal documents related to rights and clearances
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with television and digital platforms and programming
