Job Summary

To enhance RIS system performance, the full-time remote RIS Support Specialist will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize RIS systems while providing advanced technical support and collaborating with development teams on system improvements.

Key responsibilities

Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize RIS systems to meet operational needs
Analyze and modify RIS application components, including testing and implementing updates
Provide advanced technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex software and database issues

Required qualifications

College education or work experience in a related field is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Language, and SQL Server Management Studio
Experience in systems analysis, software support, or database administration
Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and database performance issues
Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Operations is a plus
