Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Analyst - Predictive Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of analytical and reporting modules related to Risk Adjustment for various healthcare programs
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using statistical tools
• Assist in the creation of automated systems for risk score calculation and tracking intervention outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
• 1-3 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL and data design
• Familiarity with data science techniques and programming languages like Python and R is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in analyzing risk scores and payment models for healthcare lines of business
