Risk Adjustment Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise risk adjustment predictive analytics activities, the full-time remote Risk Adjustment Analyst will design and develop systems for targeting and tracking interventions while assisting in data analysis and reporting for various health care lines of business.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and tracking intervention strategies through risk adjustment data analytics
- Create quality assurance reporting modules related to risk adjustment for Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare lines of business
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, utilizing statistical tools and methodologies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with complex SQL queries and relational databases, including Microsoft T-SQL and Power BI
- Experience in analyzing financial and performance metrics within health care
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen to connect data insights with strategic goals
