Risk Adjustment Auditor II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Coding Auditor II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform over-reads of vendor ICD-10 coding and review provider documentation
• Validate accuracy of ICD-10 codes assigned by vendor and track trends
• Demonstrate understanding of Risk Adjustment HCCs and participate in quality coding initiatives

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of diagnostic coding experience with firm understanding of ICD-10
• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing medical records
• Risk Adjustment methodology experience required
• AAPC or AHIMA coding certification required
