A company is looking for a Client Coding Project Manager, Full Time, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a quality assurance program and ensure coding compliance and accuracy
Monitor the performance of Risk Adjustment Operations and provide expertise on coding compliance
Assist in developing training programs and report findings to leadership for timely implementation of changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years related work experience with a minimum of 5 years in risk adjustment coding
Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment
Experience overseeing remote operations
Strong managerial, financial, and analytical skills
Demonstrated commitment to quality and process improvement
