Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Risk Adjustment to oversee risk adjustment initiatives and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of coding and review teams, ensuring effective strategies and data capture processes
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to implement risk adjustment education and programs for accurate condition capture
• Manage regional provider incentive programs and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Current AAPC or AHIMA certification (e.g., CCS, CPC)
• 5 years of experience in risk adjustment, project management, or operations in healthcare
• 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience with health plan guidelines and value-based revenue initiatives
