Risk Adjustment Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing value-based oncology company, the full-time remote Risk Adjustment Operations Manager will lead the development and scaling of risk adjustment operations while collaborating with Clinical Operations, Finance, Product, and Data teams to improve care delivery and performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Define and operationalize risk capture approaches aligned with care models and payer contracts
- Design and implement workflows integrating risk adjustment into care delivery and ensure effective adoption by Care Teams
- Translate strategic priorities into operational workplans and support performance tracking and reporting
Required qualifications
- Experience in risk adjustment, population health, or value-based care operations
- Strong understanding of HCC coding, suspecting, and chart review workflows
- Experience working with clinicians to embed workflows into care delivery
- Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and Analytics teams
- Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
