Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Outreach Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory within the risk adjustment program, leading cross-functional meetings and tracking progress
• Ensure timely and accurate chart retrieval by managing processes and resolving barriers
• Conduct outreach to providers to address retrieval challenges and negotiate fees as necessary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-7 years of professional experience in healthcare operations, risk adjustment, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Proven ability to manage complex territories and cross-functional projects
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in vendor management and program management is preferred
