Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Program Manager to oversee and support risk adjustment programs and departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, implements, and supports Risk Adjustment programs and departmental activities
• Manages small- to large-scale projects to advance business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
• Acts as a risk adjustment subject matter expert and resource

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• A minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance or analytics, including three years managing or supporting risk adjustment programs
• Knowledge of research, analysis, and reporting methods related to risk adjustment program management
• Ability to analyze data and trends to develop risk adjustment strategies
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing leadership in project implementation
