Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Risk Adjustment Program Manager, this full-time remote position will manage day-to-day operations of the External Audit Program, ensuring alignment with program goals and regulatory timelines while supporting cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Associate Director in managing operations of the External Audit Program across various workstreams
• Act as an operational resource to address shifting priorities during the audit cycle
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and quality

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience managing processes with tight turnaround times
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data using database query tools and spreadsheets
• Curiosity and comfort with experimenting with AI and emerging tools
• Experience in healthcare operations or quality assurance is a plus
