Risk Adjustment Programs Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Risk Adjustment Programs, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end data and program management of risk adjustment programs
• Oversee execution of program components including coding, deployment, and provider encounters
• Advise executive leadership on performance, growth opportunities, and program success issues

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment programs
• 5+ years of experience with risk adjustment documentation, coding, and CMS submission standards
• 5+ years of experience managing programs with clinical suspect presentation to providers
• 5+ years of experience working with provider practices
• 2+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting complex clinical data and analytics reporting
