Job Summary

Driving the domain strategy for Risk Adjustment, the full-time Remote Risk Adjustment Solutions Director will manage product-market fit, oversee cross-segment solution design, and lead market intelligence efforts to enhance clinical integrity and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the domain roadmap, establishing outcome standards and identifying portfolio gaps to enhance commercial performance
• Run domain-level pilots to validate new capabilities and ensure consistency across segments
• Develop and maintain the domain value narrative while tracking market intelligence and regulatory developments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, clinical services, or health plan operations with expertise in Risk Adjustment
• Direct experience in a product, solutions, or strategy role with accountability for domain-level outcomes
• Demonstrated ownership of a domain-level strategy with measurable results
• Commercial experience with a strong understanding of buyer ROI and value narratives
• Experience tracking and responding to regulatory changes in healthcare
