A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Coding Accuracy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical records for accurate documentation and coding
• Identify chronic conditions and query providers for complete documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project-specific goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of ICD-10 outpatient coding experience or relevant skills
• Strong knowledge of coding guidelines and risk adjustment models
• Coding certification as CPC
• Associate degree or technical school preferred
