Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor, Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the review of medical records and physician assessment forms
• Provide feedback and support to team members while managing daily operations
• Ensure compliance with CMS risk adjustment coding guidelines and oversee quality review processes

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related healthcare field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of management and/or leadership experience required
• 3 years of progressive medical coding and healthcare experience required
• Professional coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC is required
• Must acquire the Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certificate within the first year of employment
