Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of risk adjustment coders, ensuring compliance with coding accuracy and guidelines
• Manage relationships with vendors and delegated partners, ensuring performance meets standards
• Lead team development, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk adjustment, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Deep knowledge of risk adjustment coding and methodology, particularly CMS-HCC & HHS-HCC models
• Familiarity with risk adjustment analytics and reporting tools
• Strong vendor management skills
• Preferred coding credential: CRC, CPC, or equivalent
