A company is looking for a Risk Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer information and transaction data to identify fraud and risk patterns
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-related issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management
• Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) procedures
• Experience with due diligence procedures for customer verification
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate customer information
• Ability to handle inbound calls and address complex Risk & Fraud inquiries
