Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Analyst II to join their global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality email and phone support to ensure fundraiser authenticity and safe fund delivery
• Evaluate fundraiser and account attributes for unusual activity and escalate identified risks
• Conduct customer due diligence reviews and support compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the payments or compliance industry
• Knowledge of global customer due diligence, AML, CTF, and Know Your Customer standards
• Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to dynamic environments
• Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting
• Inquisitive with a solution-oriented mindset
