Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily risk queues to decide on transaction releases or deletions
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends in fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Consult with merchants on chargeback issues and assist in transitioning to a new chargeback system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the payments industry
• At least three years of experience in the bankcard industry
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Access
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
