Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Analyst to assess creditworthiness and manage risk profiles of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor merchant activity and analyze transaction risk to identify anomalies and mitigate threats
• Handle chargeback management and support merchants with risk inquiries to improve response times
• Ensure compliance with PCI and regulatory standards while tracking risk management processes

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in risk, fraud, underwriting, or compliance within payments, fintech, or banking
• Familiarity with chargeback processes, transaction monitoring, and PCI-DSS compliance
• Analytical skills with knowledge of tools like Excel, Looker, or SQL
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple complex projects
• Experience with ACH returns or similar risk platforms is a plus
