Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the organization's Enterprise Risk Management initiatives, the full-time remote Risk Analyst will conduct research, data analysis, and evidence-based risk assessments while collaborating with leadership to enhance operational risk management and compliance assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain the enterprise risk register
• Conduct research on healthcare regulations and prepare evidence-based summaries for leadership
• Assist in the coordination of audits and develop reports for executive leadership and compliance committees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Five years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance, public health, or risk management
• Strong research and analytical capabilities with experience in regulatory guidance evaluation
• Excellent written communication and technical writing skills
• Ability to evaluate control design and effectiveness
