Key responsibilities
- Execute company reviews and payroll monitoring with precision and clear communication across teams and partners
- Analyze data to identify and act on emerging risk signals for companies and payrolls
- Document insights and drive resolutions for fraud incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in risk and fraud investigation or a similar fintech analytics role
- Detail-oriented working style with the ability to manage investigations from start to finish
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and skills; SQL experience is a plus
- Ability to attend the annual 3-day company offsite in the spring
