Risk Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Risk Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of fraud risk and related controls, collaborating with various teams to implement improvements
• Design and implement fraud strategies to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) while managing a small team of analysts
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on fraud trends and metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements
• Strong understanding of payment systems and common fraud vectors
• Experience with analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, or similar
• Familiarity with fraud vendors like Sift, Accertify, or Riskified is preferred
