Job Summary
As a full-time remote Risk Analytics Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the risk function, set pricing methodologies, and lead strategic conversations with senior leadership while mentoring a team of data scientists.
Key responsibilities
- Set and lead pricing methodology and risk framework standards
- Own risk strategy discussions with senior leadership, recommending program adjustments
- Design decision systems to transform monitoring functions into actionable business processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in actuarial pricing, predictive modeling, or related Risk Analytics fields
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data modeling tools like dbt and Snowflake
- Demonstrated experience mentoring analysts or data scientists and enhancing team capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Relevant actuarial experience or equivalent exam progress preferred but not required
