Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Manage workers compensation, auto liability, and general liability claims, ensuring successful resolution and cost containment
- Utilize insurance analytics to evaluate claims program performance and recommend enhancements to risk management strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in risk management or insurance-related roles, particularly in claims and policy management
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and practices
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and familiarity with Power BI preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
