Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Risk & Claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company's risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
  • Manage workers compensation, auto liability, and general liability claims, ensuring successful resolution and cost containment
  • Utilize insurance analytics to evaluate claims program performance and recommend enhancements to risk management strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in risk management or insurance-related roles, particularly in claims and policy management
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and practices
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and familiarity with Power BI preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
