Risk and Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Analyst to support risk and compliance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage change projects related to post-merger integrations, payments product launches, and operational restructuring
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
• Implement compliance frameworks to align products and services with enterprise-wide risk needs and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Risk & Compliance role within a Big Four consulting firm or leading financial services institution
• CAMS certification is preferable
• 6 Sigma certification or Process Improvement experience preferred
• Proven track record of implementing and managing change initiatives focused on risk mitigation
