Risk and Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing control management within day-to-day operations, the full-time Risk and Compliance Analyst will coordinate control testing activities, develop executive reporting, and perform data analysis while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support control testing activities across multiple GRC stakeholders, tracking execution and remediation efforts
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations to communicate control performance and actionable recommendations
• Perform data validation and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in control management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operational Risk, Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Experience in financial services at a large, global bank
• Strong project management skills with experience in tracking deliverables and managing timelines
• Proficiency in data analytics, including trend analysis and reporting
