Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Risk/Compliance to join their Corporate Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with relevant departments to ensure compliance levels are maintained
• Provide training and develop compliance improvement plans for team members
• Conduct regular audits and assist with external audits and site visits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and regulations
• 2+ years experience managing high-volume and complicated projects
