Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Risk/Compliance to join their Corporate Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws
• Provide training and communicate compliance procedures to team members
• Conduct audits and assist with regulatory reviews and site visits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS requirements
• 2+ years experience managing high-volume and complicated projects
