Risk and Compliance Associate

Job Summary

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, the full-time remote Risk and Compliance Associate will review operational practices, create and enforce procedures, and conduct regulatory audits while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with departments to assess and enhance current compliance levels
• Provide training on regulatory compliance to team members
• Conduct regular audits and assist regulatory authorities with site visits and external audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and regulations
• 2+ years experience managing high volume and complicated projects
