Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk & Compliance Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and address potential conflicts associated with new business intake and lateral hires
• Consult with various stakeholders to resolve complex ethical and compliance issues
• Draft waivers and maintain ethical walls while ensuring compliance with firm policies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree and admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction
• 3+ years of relevant law firm or corporate office of general counsel experience
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• Proficient in MS products and experience with Intapp products preferred
