Risk and Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk & Compliance Director (Remote EST Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for compliance team members
• Establish strategic objectives, manage daily activities, and oversee compliance with regulations
• Conduct investigations, draft reports, and provide recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management
• Leadership skills to manage targets impacting multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
