Risk and Compliance Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of compliance and risk programs, the full-time salaried Risk and Compliance Director will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Champion cross-functional collaboration to refine and implement compliance and risk management processes and controls
• Oversee the documentation and periodic updates of compliance processes to align with evolving regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with technology teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements for the Governance, Risk & Compliance platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of related program management experience
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance applications
• Preferred experience in compliance program management and managed care contracts
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory agencies and implementation of compliance programs
