Risk and Compliance Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the development and governance of risk management and compliance programs, the full-time remote Risk and Compliance Director will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program, identifying and analyzing material risks
• Implement and maintain compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and engagement with the Ethics Everywhere program
• Manage internal audit programs and coordinate external audit activities, preparing comprehensive reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Law, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in risk and compliance
• Experience working with regulators, external auditors, and governing boards
• Strong written communication and relationship skills
• Legal and commercial real estate industries experience is a plus
