Job Summary
Overseeing the development and governance of risk management and compliance programs, the full-time remote Risk and Compliance Director will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing risk assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program, identifying and analyzing material risks
- Implement and maintain compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and engagement with the Ethics Everywhere program
- Manage internal audit programs and coordinate external audit activities, preparing comprehensive reports for leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Law, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in risk and compliance
- Experience working with regulators, external auditors, and governing boards
- Strong written communication and relationship skills
- Legal and commercial real estate industries experience is a plus
