Risk and Compliance Executive

Job Summary

As the Head of Risk and Compliance, the full-time remote leader will design and implement a compliance management system for the Financial Services business unit, oversee fraud prevention strategies across Marketplace and Power Packs, and establish an enterprise risk framework to support rapid growth while mitigating regulatory and reputational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the compliance management system for the Financial Services business unit
• Define and own the fraud prevention strategy across Marketplace and Power Packs, including fraud detection infrastructure
• Establish the enterprise risk framework and produce risk and compliance reporting for leadership and the Board

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in risk and compliance, particularly in regulated consumer lending and payments or marketplace fraud
• Hands-on knowledge of U.S. consumer lending regulatory frameworks and BSA/AML requirements
• Experience building and scaling a compliance management system or fraud prevention function
• Strong executive communication skills for briefing leadership and influencing product roadmaps
• Proven leadership experience in building and developing teams, with credibility in managing regulator relationships
