Risk and Compliance Executive

Job Summary

To support strategic growth, the full-time salaried Risk and Compliance Executive will develop and oversee enterprise-wide risk management and compliance programs while working remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk appetite statements and reporting processes
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance management program to ensure adherence to insurance regulations and corporate governance
• Establish governance frameworks and internal controls to support scalable growth and report compliance matters to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or governance roles within the insurance industry
• Experience in MGA, Program Administrator, Carrier, Reinsurance, or Insurtech environments
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
• Proven success in collaborating with executive teams and external partners
