Risk and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring control management is integrated into daily operations, the full-time salaried Risk and Compliance Manager will support end-to-end process management for operational risk events and remediation, collaborating extensively with various business units and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the capture, assessment, enhancement, and resolution of issues and operational risk events while influencing business unit teams
• Track progress, validate resolution efficacy, and communicate status updates to stakeholders, ensuring accountability throughout the process
• Analyze trends in issues and events to identify systemic risks or control weaknesses and provide guidance on control enhancements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk management or related fields
• Strong understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
• Experience in process governance aligned with policies and regulatory frameworks
• Robust analytical skills for evaluating risk scenarios and identifying trends
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred
