Risk and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support the organization's risk and compliance framework, the full-time remote Risk and Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reviews, manage policy governance, and lead the compliance training program while ensuring regulatory readiness and promoting a culture of compliance across all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of the Compliance Management System, conducting risk-based compliance reviews and preparing management reports
• Lead the organization's policy management program, overseeing policy creation, review, and governance in alignment with enterprise standards
• Manage the annual compliance training program, ensuring high-quality training experiences and alignment with emerging risk trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, law, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or controls
• Certifications in compliance, risk, or audit are a plus
• Experience in financial services is a plus
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
