Risk and Compliance Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the Community Support organization, the full-time Risk and Compliance Operations Manager will manage the strategic design of risk frameworks, oversee root cause resolution, and ensure effective governance of AI systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and evolution of the Community Support Risk Appetite Framework and Risk Registry, ensuring accountability for remediation
• Collaborate with the Insider Threat Investigations team to integrate findings into the risk governance process and prioritize investigative focus areas
• Lead the root cause resolution program, tracking systemic issues from identification to verified closure across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or operational risk with a proven track record of evolving risk frameworks
• Strong program management skills with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional remediation efforts
• Experience in evaluating and governing AI/ML systems from a risk perspective
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear risk narratives and strategic recommendations for executive audiences
