Job Summary

Joining a forward-thinking, fully remote team, the Junior Compliance Automation Engineer will develop and maintain Python scripts to automate compliance tasks, implement AI tools for process optimization, and transform unstructured documents into structured formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate compliance tasks and streamline data workflows
• Implement AI tools to accelerate development and optimize compliance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid foundational knowledge of Python and scripting
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to write code and troubleshoot
• Ability to manipulate data and convert documents into structured formats
